Return Timeframe:

Tracked Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Tracked Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original packaging with all tags attached

Initiating a Return:

To start the return process, please contact us at boutique@milelongtbr.com with the following information:

Order number

Product(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Relevant photos, if applicable

Our team will respond within 2-5 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. 

Refund Process:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Made-to-order items (e.g., apparel, home items, stickers, Kindle inserts)

Customized items

Bulk orders

Digital products

Holiday and seasonal items

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at boutique@milelongtbr.com with your order information and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

International Returns:

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
